Adam Crozier shaking of ITV

Adam Crozier, Director General of ITV, hope sign Simon Cowell, judge star of The X Factor, a new three-year agreement.

Firstly, he hired Kevin Lygo, formerly the télévision.M Channel Four Director.Lygo became Director General of ITV Studios, who saw a turnover of senior management in recent years.


Other location big arrived in June, when he appointed Fru Hazlitt, a former Chief Executive of Capital Radio owner GCap Media, to run from Coronation Street television broadcaster and sales operations online.


This is a week after Rupert Howell, who had previously been threat brandished as a possible leader smoking as a commercial Director.


Ms. Hazlitt took Mr. Howell functions and those of Ben McOwen-Wilson, CEO of online and interactive, which also gave ITV during the summer.


The broadcaster's website also has a blood nine August, after the appointment of Robin Pembroke, global Director of radio online and interactive, as new CEO of ITV.com.


It is now Fru Hazlitt, with whom he previously worked at GCap Media.


Former General Director of ITV.com, Dominic Cameron stepped down to study at Harvard Business School.


The last main departure is communications director of ITV, Louise Evans, who is leaving to join Aegis.


While rejuvenating the senior team, Mr. Crozier appears to be anxious to retain much of the wave channel talent.


He hopes to sign Simon Cowell, judge star factor X's Got Talent Britain, a new three-year agreement.
