Lawyers Terra Firma and Citi closing arguments in the case of the EMI

Closing statements were made in a runaway New York courtroom, in the last fortnight heard claims that Terra Firma founder Guy Hands have been cheated pay too much for EMI by Citi's David Wormsley.


Mr. hands alleges that, until the eve of his book of multi-billion dollar bid in May 2007, Mr. Wormsley alleged that Cerberus, a rival company, would do so knowing that it was pas.CITI rejected the allegations.
