Synergy pays 8 m £ society German gamma
FTSE 250 company which currently has only one institution in Germany, purchased products service gamma for €9. 5 m (£ 8 m). Based in Dresden, the company services sectors and health care.
Given its proximity to the Poland and Czech Republic, the acquisition provides Synergy an itinerary to enter other markets in Europe as well as the German market of decontamination.
Richard Steeves, Chief Executive of synergy, said the Germany could become a key market and the company was bid for a number of contracts for decontamination it. The acquisition is synergy eyes growth both in Europe and further afield.
Having participated in a trade mission of the month last China along with Prime Minister David Cameron, Mr. Steeves said that it had decided to double investment in synergy in the country at 50 million pounds over the next three years.
China is the decontamination market who knows the fastest in the world and the next five years, Synergy aims to generate one-third of his earnings from Asia.
