Mr. Madoff - slippers size 8 1/2 and bearing the initials of the fraudster embroidery in gold thread - will be sold at the auction Hotel Sheraton New York Hotel and Towers in New York on 13 November.
A ring of diamonds and a Steinway piano are among the 400 pieces that go under the hammer at an auction organized by the U.S. Marshals Service.
"These pieces are the last of which was once the homes and residences Bernard and Ruth Madoff lives, said Joseph r. Guccione, U.S. Marshall for the southern district of New York."
The sale will be the third of the possessions of Mr Madoff in the past year, with the auction last November raise $1 m.
While stained, sales are overshadowed by the almost $6bn in claims filed by those who seek restitution after invest their money with Mr. Madoff.
Mr Madoff was sentenced to 150 years in prison after pleading guilty to the execution of the largest ever year last funding Ponzi scheme.
