Rolls-Royce may replace 40 Airbus A380 engines

Accounts numbers for nearly half of the Trent 900 engines powerup command operated by Qantas, Singapore Airlines and Lufthansa German, and follows an extensive checks after November 4 for the Indonesia explosion.

"Rollers may have to look at alternative up to 40 engines throughout the A380 fleet" Qantas spokesperson told AFP.

Rolls-Royce to resume the Airbus production line engines

Qantas discovers oil leaks in three A380 Rolls-Royce engines
